GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags are normally either tubular or oval. Felt materials are commonly used.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
DYNAMIC "DUST FILTER" DF MODEL - tubular bags are normally either 6' or 8' in length. The units can range from a low of 72 bags to a high of 1,440 bags. A model number would look like 13DF6, which seems to indicate the bag length, but not the amount of bags.
RJ MODEL - refers to an oval type bag with a length from 26" to 120". The length of the bag is normally mentioned as part of the part number. Part number 12RJ26 would refer to 12 bags 24" in length.
CS MODEL - bags lengths range from 26" to 96". A sample of a part number might be 12CS26, which refers to 12 bags and 26" in length.
BIN-VENT FILTER MODEL - This model uses tubular bags from 4' to 8' in length. The model numbers are 9DFB4, 9DFB6, and 9DFB8. There are 9 tubes in each unit.

Carter Day equipment is popular around grain elevators, milling companies, and the woodworking industry.

OEM - FLO-TRONICS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags are tubular type bags. Normally 6-3/8" in diameter with one end open and the other end closed with a cap. Generally felt is used for the media. Lengths range from 39", 53-1/4", and 77-1/4". Equipment is popular in the pneumatic field.

OEM - PARSONS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags are generally tubular using woven materials. They seem to be 7" in diameter with varying lengths. Some bags have grommets in the closed end with a 2" cuff in the open end. Some bags have oval spacer rings sewn around the circumference of the bag. Cuffs can have either a rope sewn in or one garter spring.

The collectors could be either Reverse Jet of Shaker type. A company called Walsh in Cleveland, Ohio seems to be the sheet metal fabricator for Parsons, and some companies may refer to Walsh when discussing Parsons' Equipment.

OEM - DRACCO-FULLER

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Wide variety of different bag styles and fabrics, consisting of tubular, multitubular, woven fabrics, felts and glass.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
MODEL 6000 - could be either a Shaker type or Reverse Air Collector. Shaker type has used a 5" diameter x 15'10" long bag with a cuff in the open end and a hanging strap in the closed end. Normally 290 bags to a unit. The Reverse Air model uses woven glass bags.
MODEL MARK II SHAKER type collector uses multitubular bags. Normally has a minimum of 16 multitubular bags with a cloth area of 720 sq.ft. to a maximum of 224 bags with a cloth area of 10,080 sq.ft.
UNI-FILTER - Normal model numbers are 2STD, 3STD, 4STD, 2FM, 3FM, 4FM, 2FB, 3FB, and 4FB. Bags are usually 11-7/8" diameter and 25' to 30' long. Normally fabricated from glass cloth.
PLENUM - Pulse filter - felt bags, 5" diameter with 96" length - top is open with a flange gasket. Bottom is sewn flat. Standard pricing on most popular items.

OEM - I.C.A. REES BLOW PIPE COMPANY

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Most bags are tubular type, 6" in diameter with a looped top.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
MODEL SERIES 600 - This series ranges from 80 to 640 tubes with a cloth area from 1,200 sq.ft. to 9,600 sq.ft. The units are cleaned by shaking and reverse air.
MODEL SERIES 1400-1900AE - This series ranges from 256 tubes to 1,280 tubes with a cloth area from 3,800 sq.ft. to 19,000 sq.ft. The units are cleaned by shaking and reverse air.
MODEL SERIES 1800-2400AE - Bags range from 240 tubes to 1,280 tubes with a cloth area from 3,600 sq.ft. to 19,200 sq.ft. The units are cleaned by shaking and reverse air.
MODEL SERIES 1500-2000ANS - Bags range from 200 to 1,320 with cloth area 3,000 sq.ft. to 20,000 sq.ft. Cleaning is reverse air type.

OEM - W.W. SLY

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags generally conform to two basic styles:
Style ED is a single compartment envelope type bag with two metal wires sewn in the open end. The size of this bag is approximately 36" X 45-1/2".
Style EE is an envelope shape bag; however, it is constructed to form three compartments.

The most common filter fabric used by Sly is a cotton sateen with a thread count of 104 X 68.

OEM - DUSTEX

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags are normally tubular type fabricated from felt. Cleaning is done by reverse air. A very popular bag is 6" dia x 98" O.A.L. from nomex felt with flange gasket used extensively by asphalt batch plants.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
MODEL RA - consists of letters with the prefix RA and range in size from 18 to 60 bags with 225 sq.ft. to 750 sq.ft. cloth area.
MODEL MARK II SHAKER type collector uses multitubular bags. Normally has a minimum of 16 multitubular bags with a cloth area of 720 sq.ft. to a maximum of 224 bags with a cloth area of 10,080 sq.ft.

SERIES 3300 - Bags are 8' long and filter area per unit is 450 sq.ft. to 750 sq.ft.

SERIES 3400 - Bags are 8' long and filter area per unit ranges from 900 to 3,600 sq.ft.

MODEL 2100, SERIES 2000 MOMENTUM PULSE - This model can be recognized by the first two digits 21. Models range from 2,189 sq.ft. to 16,636 sq.ft.

INDUCTAIRE - 25 and 35 SERIES - These series range from 1,014 sq.ft. to 6,550 sq.ft. Series 48 and Series 72 - within these series, there are model numbers 11 and 17. They range from 3,225 sq.ft. to 12,500 sq.ft. of cloth area.

OEM - MIKRO-PUL

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags are tubular type mainly fabricated from felt. Diameters are 4-1/2" with lengths varying from 44" to 124". Bags are open at one end with a cap sewn at the other end. Some woven bags are in limited usage. Standard pricing - cross reference on all part numbers available.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
MODEL 18 - Ranges from 130 sq.ft. cloth area to 1,120 sq.ft. Model numbers are written like 18-4-84.

MODEL USF - Ranges in size from 40 sq.ft. to 200 sq.ft. of cloth and 12 tubes to 60 tubes.

MODEL UFB - Ranges in size from 20 sq.ft. to 200 sq.ft. and 6 tubes to 60 tubes.

MODEL J - PULSE SHAKE - Ranges in size from 240 to 260 tubes with 3,290 sq.ft. to 8,760 sq.ft. of cloth.

MODEL 9-4-100 - Refers to a unit with 9 tubes, each tube being 4' long.

MODEL 16-6-100 - Refers to a unit with 16 tubes, each tube being 6' long.

MODEL 21-8-100 - Refers to a unit with 21 tubes, each tube being 8' long.

MODEL 45-8-70 - Refers to a unit with 45 tubes, each tube being 8' long.

MODEL 69-8-55 - Refers to a unit with 69 tubes, each tube being 8' long.

MODEL 78-8-55 - Refers to a unit with 78 tubes, each tube being 8' long.

MODELS 1F1, 1F3, 1F5, 2G2, 2G4, 2G6, 1C1, 1C3, 1C5, 2D2, 2D4, AND 2D6 all take 8' filter tubes and range in size from 72 tubes to 864 tubes.

MT FABRIC SHAKER - Part number appears like MT192 through MT1056. Number of filters range from 192 to 1,056 with cloth area from 2,809 sq.ft. to 15,449 sq.ft.

MODEL 80G - 8' filter bags are used by 80G-2, 80G-3, 80G-4, 80G-5, and 80G-6. A 10' filter tube is indicated when a -10 is written after the model number. An example would be 80G2-10.

MODEL K - 8' tubes are used by Model 128K-8, 256K-8, 512K-8, 640K-8. A 10' tube is indicated when instead of a -8, you would see a -10.

80F MODEL - 8' tubes are used by models 80F-2, 80F-3, 80F-4, 80F-5, and 80F-6. 10' tubes are indicated by the -10 after the preceding model numbers. An example would be 80F2-10. Filter tubes range from 160 to 864.

MODEL 2G - 8' tubes are used by models 2G2, 2G3, 2G4, 2G5, and 2G6. 10' tubes are indicated by a -10 after the preceding model numbers. An example would be 2G2-10. Filter tubes range from 288 to 864.

MODEL 1F - 8' tubes are used by models 1F1, 1F2, 1F3, 1F4, and 1F5. 10' tubes are indicated by a -10 after the preceding model numbers. An example would be 1F1-10. Filter tubes range from 72 to 360.

CYLINDRICAL SERIES - The cylindrical series has the following model numbers: 12, 19, 23, 31, 42, 55, 68, 85, 97, and 109. An example of the way the model number would read would be 12-8-160. The 12 represents the model number and the 8 represents the length of the filter tube. Another example would be 23-10-105. The 23 represents the model number and the 10 represents the length of the filter tubes. This series has from 12 to 109 filter tubes.

SQUARE SERIES - has the following numbers 16S, 25S, 36S, 49S, 64S, 81S, 100S, 121S, and 144S. An example of the way the model numbers are written would be 16S-8-30. 16S represents the amount of tubes and the 8 refers to the length of the filter tubes. Another example would be 49S-10-20. The 49S represents the amount of tubes and the 10 refers to the length of the tubes.

BIN VENT MODEL - STYLE A and STYLE B - These are small collectors ranging from 25 sq.ft. to 84 sq.ft. of cloth. Model 2-1/2A or B uses a 30" bag length, 4A or B uses 48", 6Aor B uses 72" and 8A of B uses 90".

There are undoubtedly other models which are in the Mikro-Pul line which have not been mentioned. They seem to either have a wide range of models, or perhaps they keep changing the numbers on the same basic units. In many cases, the amount of filter tubes and the size of the filter tubes can be ascertained by their method of listing their model numbers.

OEM - WHEELABRATOR

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Tubular type bags, both woven and felted. Woven bags are normally used for the Shaker units and felted bags for the Reverse Air units. Bags for the Shaker units are generally 5-1/4" or 8" in diameter with a spring steel band sewn in the open end and either a loop or strap on the closed end. Common lengths are from 76" to 168"
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
MODEL 112-D SHAKER - unit with a minimum of 72 bags and 893 sq.ft. of cloth area to 162 bags with 11,904 sq.ft. of cloth area.

MODEL 126-D SHAKER - unit with a minimum of 144 bags and 2,016 sq.ft. of cloth area to 960 bags with 13,400 sq.ft. of cloth area.

MODEL 70-AC SHAKER - unit with a minimum of 36 bags and 274 sq.ft. of cloth area to 96 bags with 730 sq.ft. of cloth area.

MODEL 70-BC SHAKER - unit with a minimum of 12 bags and 91 sq.ft. of cloth area to 24 bags with 182 sq.ft. of cloth area.

MODEL ULTRA-JET REVERSE JET COLLECTOR with felt bags, normally 6" in diameter. A minimum of 90 bags with 1,270 sq.ft. cloth area to 540 bags with 7,620 sq.ft. cloth area.

MODEL 84 has 131 sq.ft. cloth area to 980 sq.ft. cloth area.

MODEL 108 has 168 sq.ft. cloth area to 1,260 sq.ft. cloth area.

GRIFFIN ENVIRONMENTAL

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags are tubular type using woven and felted materials.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
JET VENT MODEL - are normally used as a vent filter on a silo. Model JV 72-9X uses 72 - 96" length bags, and Model JV 36-9X uses 36 - 96" length bags.

INTERMITTENT STYLE MODEL - bags are either 42" or 84" long with 16 to 72 bags per unit.

EXHAUSTAIRE STYLE MODEL - bags are either 42" or 84" long with 16 to 72 bags per unit.

CONTINOUS DUTY MECHANICAL SHAKER TYPE MODEL - Model number is 72-CS. It has 72 bags, which are 84" in length.

ASPHALT JET-AIRE JA SERIES MODEL - These collectors are used in asphalt plants, and the model number normally has a JA preceding a number. The collector sizes range from a low of 831 sq.ft. in Model number JA-96S to a high of 14,964 sq.ft. in Model JA-1728D.

OEM - NORBLO

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Most bags are 6-1/8" in diameter, open at both ends with a 3" cuff. The cuffs are sewn to the outside with a rope insert. Most popular lengths are 6'1", 8'3", 8'11", and 9'1".
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
MODEL SERIES 39 - Bags range from 80 to 936 with a cloth area of 960 sq.ft. to 11,242 sq.ft. Bags are woven cloth and are cleaned by shaking.

MODEL SERIES 40 - Bags range from 80 to 960 with a cloth area of 960 sq.ft to 11,520 sq.ft. Bags are woven cloth and are cleaned by shaking.

MODEL SERIES 54 - Bags range from 216 to 1,296 with a cloth area of 1,344 sq.ft to 15,552 sq.ft. Bags are woven cloth and are cleaned by shaking.

MODEL SERIES 56 - Bags range from 112 to 1,344 with a cloth area of 1,344 sq.ft to 16,128 sq.ft. Bags are woven cloth and are cleaned by shaking.

MODEL SERIES 6B - Model 68-1 has 40 bags with 360 sq.ft. of cloth area and a maximum CFM rating of 1,080. Model 68-2 has 80 bags with 720 sq.ft. of cloth area and a maximum CFM rating of 2,160. Bags are cleaned by shaking.

MODELS AT AND AMT ARRESTERS - Consist of series 39 and series 54. They range in bags from 80 to 1,296 with a cloth area of 960 sq.ft. to 15,552 sq.ft. All bags are 8'3" O.A.L. and cleaning is done by reverse air.

OEM - FLEX-KLEEN

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags are tubular with a 5-7/8" diameter with one end open and the other end closed with a cap. The lengths range from 36" to 120" long. Felt is most commonly used; however, there are some woven bags in use.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MODELS:
REVERSED JET TYPE MODELS - mainly use felt bags. Some bags may use a braided copper ground wire. The common felts are polyester, polypropylene, and nomex, and occasionally, glazed finishes are used.

SHAKER TYPE UNITS - would normally use a woven cloth with a hanger strap, open end has a snap band with grooved felt for attachment to the cell plate.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BAGS:
Bags are either envelope type or tubular or multi-bag using wovens or felt.
